• About breathwork

    Breathwork is the foundation of the healing. It is an active meditation. The breath is through the mouth with a two-stage inhale in the low belly and then in the high chest, followed by a relaxed exhale.

    The breath moves energy stuck in your physical, mental, and emotional bodies. It helps release negative thought patterns and behaviours, creating more space for joy and love and setting you free.

    It's the negative thought patterns that get in the way of us experiencing who we truly are. Through the breathwork, our heart opens and we connect to our Spirit, letting the light in. Our soul merges into our human body. And we can be who we came here to be.

    This breathwork is not about having a peak experience; it's about the depth of experience and the depth of your healing.
