My own healing story is one of a constant, desperate search for fulfilment. There were repeating cycles of overwork and burnout, combined with depression first formed in childhood. I was continually looking for something to make sense of everything and make it all worthwhile. The belief that sustained me was an overwhelming conviction that there had to be something more to life than this.

This started me on a path of spiritual study and training in Andean cosmology and shamanism, breathwork, Hatha yoga, Jikiden Reiki, Sound healing and Tibetan Buddhism.

As a healer, my role is to let Spirit work through me, holding space for you to become the highest version of yourself.

In our healing sessions, I help you raise your frequency to bring more of your Soul into your body. We do this by releasing the lower frequencies caused by trauma, negative thoughts and behaviours, and conditioning beliefs and also by connecting you more fully with your guides and Spirit.

In Gratitude: I am grateful to all my teachers, to all the events and people along the path that led me to this place and continue to teach me.

  • Deer medicine

My animal guide is the Deer. Deer medicine is all about gentleness. And I love the way they leap over hurdles with grace and ease.

This is an excerpt from Jamie Sams' Medicine Cards:
"The only true balance to power is the love and compassion of Deer. Be willing to find things to love about yourself and others, and your demons will melt away. Your fears cannot reside in the same place that love and gentleness abide. Fawn can teach you many lessons about unconditional love. ... The gentleness of Fawn is the heart-space of the Great Spirit."

Deer is an incredible guide and support to me. It comes to me in dreams and visions, sometimes as a celestial being of starlight.
